OVERVIEW

BollyBoys began with a simple idea: make the Indian food we grew up loving something we could eat every day. Founded by brothers Jeet and Justin, two American-born sons of an Indian family, BollyBoys was born from a lifetime spent between two worlds — their grandmother's kitchen on one side, the American fast-casual counter on the other. They loved the curries, the chutneys, the smoke of the tandoor — the flavors that meant family and home. But the Indian food they could find never quite fit the way they actually wanted to eat: fresher, lighter, and made with ingredients they could feel good about reaching for more than once a week.

So they built it themselves. BollyBoys reimagines Indian cooking as a fast, customizable, build-your-own experience — real spices and slow-simmered sauces, made fresh with no seed oils and no shortcuts. Ten house-made sauces and chutneys let every guest build a bowl, wrap, or salad their own way, honoring the traditions the brothers were raised on while meeting the standard of how people want to eat today. Launching in North Texas, BollyBoys is the food the brothers always wished they could find — the flavors of home, made fresh, and built for the way we live now.
